Heavy Duty Filter PressThe WEC Heavy Duty Filter Press has been
designed to provide cost effective solids dewatering. All units are precision machined
and built to very exacting standards. Unlike most competitors, the WEC press is built
to be easily expanded. All side bars feature a "bolt on" design thereby allowing future
expansion by simply replacing the sidebars with longer versions and adding plates to
reach the desired capacity. This expansion can be done in the field.
A wide range of sizes are available ranging from 0.1 cubic feet to over 200 cubic feet.
WEC presses feature polypropylene plates and can be supplied either as gasketed or
non-gasketed.
Closure methods range from a simple manual system for the small presses all the way up
to a completely automatic hydraulic system for the larger units.
A wide range of options are also available. WEC can supply self dumping sludge hoppers,
semi-automatic and automatic plate shifting, automatic pump control systems, elevated
platforms as well as many other items.
