westerntrucks.com is operated by Arizona Commercial Truck Sales, LLC under the Western Trucks name. These terms govern use of the website and its informational features. They do not replace a signed vehicle purchase agreement, financing agreement, Buyers Guide, or written warranty.
Vehicle inquiries and purchases
A website listing, inquiry, appointment request, financing application, or automated acknowledgment does not by itself complete a vehicle purchase, reserve a vehicle, approve credit, or create a binding sales contract. A transaction is completed under the agreed purchase documents and applicable law. Any online payment or reservation is also governed by the terms disclosed before that payment.
Listing accuracy and availability
Vehicle descriptions, images, prices, mileage, and availability should reflect the advertised vehicle. Inventory may change as vehicles are sold or reserved. Contact us to confirm availability before traveling. We correct material listing errors when identified and communicate corrections before a customer commits to a transaction. This provision does not authorize misleading advertising, undisclosed charges, or changing an agreed price contrary to a binding agreement or applicable law.
